Security Policy:
WinstonSpain takes every precaution
to protect your payment details. On ordering, where you are
asked to enter your card information, that information is
encrypted and protected with the best encryption software
in the industry - SSL (Secure Socket Layer). (While on an
encrypted page, the lock icon at the bottom of browsers such
as Internet Explorer and Netscape becomes locked.) Furthermore,
your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Order Returns Policy:
The following terms apply:
- All items returned within 21 days
from purchase will be inspected prior to refund.
- Proof of purchase is required
for all returns.
- Price paid by the customers is
the price on which the refund is based excl. installation
costs and a fee of 50€
+ IVA (16%) for us to visit your home and un-install the
product.
- A collection fee is charged for
collections due to customer error.
- Returns will be refused where
the device has been tampered with or altered in anyway.
- In the case where a return is
deemed to be unreasonable, this will be referred to management
for a resolution.

Order Cancellations Policy:
No cancellations will be accepted
after midnight on the day prior to the date of delivery.
No penalty charges will be levied against cancelled orders
prior to the above mentioned cut-off time. |
